We are looking for a Marketing Placement to join our dynamic team in Cramlington.  Marketing forms a central hub within CMP, working closely with sales and research and development to ensure a smooth and effective delivery of the marketing plan.

 

This role will provide opportunity to learn and develop daily, whilst supporting a wide range of initiatives including online and offline activity.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Provide assistance across the team with various marketing campaigns and requirements
  • Assist in creating high-quality, accurate marketing and sales collateral, including catalogues, product pages, sample cases, and promotional merchandise
  • Update designated website(s), ensuring fresh and correct content, well-written for SEO
  • Provide support for internal and external events/exhibitions including planning and organisation to attendance
  • Assist in gathering and analysing key marketing data from our range of platforms
  • Maintain relationships with overseas offices through regular communications
  • Handle day-to-day inquiries from the marketing inbox and Monday.com
  • Handle administrative duties including meeting minutes, quotations, training certificates, maintaining marketing drives, and distributing marketing material
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM database

This position will be on a full time, short term basis for a period of 12 months. To provide its employees an improvement in work/life balance, CMP operates a 9-day fortnight (9/10) where staff employees have the opportunity to work compressed working hours and as a result have every other Friday as a day off.
